Origin is our signature product, expressing the raw essence, origin, and traditional craftsmanship of tea. It represents the classic school of oolong with a medium oxidation of around 30% and traditional slow roasting over charcoal.
- BLEND COMPOSITION
This traditional, deeply roasted blend is a masterful dialogue of the historical and artisanal pillars of the tea world, focused on the archetypal expression of fire and earth.
- Tie Guan Yin Cultivar – Anxi, Fujian Province, China: The heart of this traditional cuvée, which gives the beverage deep, uncompromising mineral notes, structural complexity, and an intoxicating, traditionally roasted aroma.
- Wuyi Cultivar – Lugu, Nantou County, Taiwan: A historical, original cultivar from the very heart of the Taiwanese roasting tradition, providing a firm structure, notes of ripe stone fruit, and a dark earthy depth.
- Jin Xuan Cultivar – Pinglin, New Taipei County, Taiwan: Leaves from the misty northern hills that enrich the blend with a warming, creamy body and a specific, deep sweetness after precise roasting over charcoal.
- FLAVOR PROFILE
A beautifully warm, deep amber color. The taste is full, layered, and distinctly structured, with notes of ripe stone fruit, roasted hazelnuts, and a very delicate, warming touch of roasted charcoal.
