- Jin Xuan Cultivar – Meishan, Chiayi County, Taiwan: Harvested from renowned family plantations, it gives the entire body of the beverage a delicate, perfectly smooth, and naturally creamy texture on the palate.
- Cui Yu Cultivar – Ming Jian, Nantou County, Taiwan: A specific and aromatically expressive cultivar that masterfully concludes the entire spring composition with fresh and bright floral notes.
